We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you order something and it turns out not to be what you expected, we understand. We will be willing to exchange for another item of similar price. Call us within 7 days of receiving the item to process the return. We do not process any item for return after 7 days of you receiving the order. Because of health reasons, we don’t accept any of the following items for return or exchange:

  • Opened item
  • Custom Made items
  • Used item

Before returning any item, you must get Authorization from us first. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit to us. It is advisable to use some sort of tracking on your return shipment.
